Why should you be an admin on our server: I believe that I am ready for the staff rank because I am VERY experienced in being a staff rank on GMOD servers. I've been every single rank, even Side-Owner, except for Developer. I've been staff on 1942 Serious RP servers, DarkRP servers, SWRP Servers, and even Imperial RP servers. I've handled MANY sits, from simple RDM to DDoS threats! Also, I've seen some stuff that even high ranking staff members that are on are ignoring, namely because that that specific person is their friend. This is a Serious RP server, so even if it's your friend that's messing around, they have to be punished, so that no favoritism is shown, since that could start a huge fight, and such. Plus, I believe that I am capable in balancing my time as a Staff On Duty, as well as when to be my roleplay characters. hy should we pick you for Staff (a couple of paragraphs):   [b]I can bring order, maturity, and knowledge to the staff team. My experience when it comes to being a staff member can be exceptionally vast, therefore I am able to hopefully mentor others to when to give out certain punishments, like when to warn, kick, and ban, and when to be at ease and have a little fun. Also, I hopefully can mentor some staff members to allow them to deal with sits faster, like setting up ULX binds for freezing and jailing, and testing them if they have favorites or good judgement and such. Plus, given my experience, I am able to handle most sits, from a simple RDM, to DDoS threats. And given my age, I believe that I am quite mature and balanced, based on what I've seen on GMOD and my experiences. [/b]   Also, I am able to partner this server with a very powerful community of over 300+ people, and I believe that our server will be greatly improved if we have experienced and mature staff like I to be there if you guys choose to partner with such a community.
